💔 Three Major Characters Are Leaving General Hospital (GH)!

The revolving door of Port Charles is spinning again! General Hospital fans are used to the constant ebb and flow of its cast, but this month, viewers have to brace themselves for a triple blow. Three significant characters are leaving GH, and two of them are going out with a bang!

Professor Dalton: The Academic with a Secret Agenda

First on the list is Dalton, played by Daniel Goddard. He’s been around for a few months as a seemingly innocuous university professor, but we soon learned his job was a front for a secret mission tied to Sidwell’s traveling project.

Unfortunately for Dalton, his slow progress in research and development gave Sidwell the excuse he needed to make a change. In a recent shocking episode, Sidwell replaced Dalton with Britt. Dalton was understandably furious and disappointed, but he kept his composure—long enough to propose a plan to Britt: they should team up and take down Sidwell.

Whether Britt joins him or not, Dalton is set to confront his boss. And we all know Sidwell isn’t one to forgive betrayal. Once Sidwell realizes Dalton’s scheme, he’s likely to do everything he can to take the professor’s life, signaling Daniel Goddard’s exit from the show.

Jack Brennan: The “Nice Guy” Whose True Colors Were Revealed

Next up is Jack Brennan, portrayed by Chris McKenna. Brennan tried to play the nice guy around Carly, but his true, sinister colors have finally been revealed.

The tipping point? Carly discovered that Brennan recruited her daughter, Joss, into a dangerous job! Now, Carly and Valentine are secretly working together to plot their revenge against Brennan. This dangerous alliance means Brennan’s life is in serious peril, and Chris McKenna will be stepping away from the program.

Kai: The Character Who Failed to Connect

Finally, we have Kai, played by Jens Austin Estup. Kai’s character departure is less about a life-and-death plot and more about his place in the storyline.

While Kai sometimes brought some appeal to the show, his chemistry with Trina was never quite appreciated by viewers, with some even calling his presence “pale in the picture.” However, Kai’s exit may be tied to a dramatic revelation.

Remember, Kai was the one who erased Portia’s criminal evidence, which Drew has long used as leverage against her. Once Drew discovers that Kai is the traitor, he will surely find a way to defeat Kai once and for all, leading to Jen’s Austin Estup’s departure.
